2005-06: [Cross Country] -- Took second at the George Washington Invitational ... was Bucknell's top finisher at the Patriot League Championships (17th). [Indoors] -- Earned All-East honors after finishing seventh in the 3,000 at the IC4A Championships with a personal-best time of (8:17.24), good for eighth at the time in the Bucknell record books ... won the mile at the Bucknell Heptagonal (4:14.16). [Outdoors] -- Earned second-team All-Patriot League recognition for taking second in the 10,000 (31:12.95) ... competed in the 5,000 at IC4As ... won the 5,000 at the Fred Hardy Invitational.

2004-05: [Cross Country] -- Competed in four meets during the season ... finished seventh for the team at the IC4A Championships. [Indoors] -- Received Second Team all-league honors after running the 1,200 leg of the silver-medal winning distance medley relay team at the Patriot League Championships ... placed fifth in the 1,000 at the Bucknell Winter Classic (1:59.32). [Outdoors] -- Clocked a season-best time of 8:36.51 in the 3,000 at the Duke Invitational ... the time was the second fastest by a Bison all year.
