A cross country co-captain this fall. 2005-06: [Cross Country] -- Was Bucknell's top finisher in five of seven meets, including the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (54th) and a second-place showing at the Bison Open. [Indoors] -- Qualified for IC4As with a second-place time of 14:47.07 in the 5,000m at the Akron Open ... won the 5,000 at the Black Squirrel Invitational and took first in the mile at the Bucknell Winter Classic with a personal-best time of 4:17.14 ... scored in the 5,000 at the Patriot League Championships and set a personal record in the 3,000 (8:31.29) .. ran a personal-best time of 14:35.61 in the 5,000 at the IC4A Championships to take 17th. [Outdoors] -- Won the 3,000 steeplechase at the Jim Taylor Invitational ... set a personal record in the event at the Sam Howell Memorial Invitational, finishing third with an IC4A qualifying time of 9:09.72 ... also posted an IC4A qualifying time in the 5,000 at the Bison Outoor Classic with a personal record of 14:34.67. 2004-05: [Cross Country] -- Finished first on the team at the Penn State National Invitational ... placed 24th overall and second for Bucknell at the Patriot League Championships ... ran to a scoring finish in five meets during the season. [Indoors] -- Ran a season-best 3,000 time of 8:50.70 at the PL Championships ... also clocked a season-best 5,000 time of 15:14.69 at the league meet. [Outdoors] -- Qualified for the IC4A Championships in the 10,000 ... clocked a personal-best time of 30:51.94 to finish 15th at the IC4A meet ... scored a sixth-place finish in the PL steeplechase with a season-best performance of 9:20.61 ... won the steeplechase at the Bucknell Five-Way. 2003-04: [Cross Country] -- Bucknell's first finisher at the Lafayette Invitational (26:54.70 - 5 mi.) ... scored for the team at both the Patriot League Championships (28th, team 5th) and the Mid-Atlantic Regional (55th, team 4th). [Indoors] -- Recorded his best 5,000 performance at the Patriot League Championships (15:13.58) ... finished second in the 5000 at the Gulden Relays and Bucknell Winter Classic. [Outdoors] -- Ran a season-best time of 9:33.62 in the steeplechase to finish seventh at the Patriot League Championships ... clocked a season-best time of 15:14.05 in the 5,000 at the Duke Invitational.
