ITHACA, N.Y. - The Bucknell wrestling squad closed out its 2007-08 dual meet schedule with a 26-7 loss at No. 15 Cornell on Saturday. With the setback, the Bison finish with a duals record of 9-11-1, 4-4 in the EIWA, while the Big Red improves to 9-5, 6-0 in the EIWA.

Bucknell's two wins on the day came at 141 and 165. The 6-3 decision moved Chohany's record to 6-1 against EIWA opponents.

In the 165-pound match-up, sophomore Andy Rendos (Brockway, Pa./Brockway Area), who is currently ranked No. 19 in the latest InterMat/NWCA/NWMA Division I Individual Rankings, posted his team-best 11th major decision of the season, downing Drake Hovis, 14-2. Rendos opened with a 4-1 advantage after scoring two takedowns in the first period. He then added a takedown and a near fall in the second and outscored Hovis 6-0 in the third, including the riding time point.
